*For a group of 9 and over from November 21st till December30th we ONLY offer FESTIVE SET MENU.
*No kids under the age of 10 years old will be allowed in the restaurant or Bar area after 20:30 on a Friday and Saturday.

*Dress code smart casual. (No Denim shorts, No sports wear including truck suits, No baseball cups, No flip flops)

*Please note due to our limited parking space we recommend that you prebook your taxi’s in advance.
*On Fridays and Saturdays from 16:00pm for group of 1 and plus, (Card details) are required to secure your booking request. These will be held securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway. Charges may be applied in accordance with our terms and conditions.

*At any time for a group of 9 and plus, we do require £10 deposit charge per person to secure your booking request.

*Cancellation Policy 24 hours prior to the booking time, there will be no charge and your deposit will be refundable.

*On Fridays and Saturdays after 5pm you have your table for a maximum 2 hours unless specifically agreed with restaurant manager.

*If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please inform the restaurant.

*Please inform us if you have any allergen or intolerances that we should know about.

*Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person who in their opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to other diners or staff.

*No refund will be offered to customers who are refused entry or rejected in such circumstances.

*The management of Mesken Bar & Grill reserve the right to refuse to serve you alcohol if we believe you to be under age, drunk & disorderly.
