For groups of nine or more between 21 November and 30 December we only offer the festive set menu.
Children under ten are not admitted to the restaurant or bar area after 20:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Dress code is smart casual: no denim shorts, no sportswear including tracksuits, no baseball caps, no flip-flops.
Parking on site is limited, so we recommend booking your taxi in advance.
On Fridays and Saturdays from 16:00, card details are required to secure every booking. They are held securely by our PCI-compliant payment provider, and charges may apply in line with these terms.
For groups of nine or more, at any time, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time carry no charge and the deposit is refunded.
On Fridays and Saturdays after 17:00 your table is yours for a maximum of two hours unless agreed with the restaurant manager.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please let the restaurant know.
Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances we should know about.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who in their opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to other guests or staff. No refund is offered in those circumstances.
Management reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone we believe to be under age, or drunk and disorderly.

What we collect

When you send a party enquiry we keep the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the date, number of guests, occasion, space and message. Table bookings are taken by ResDiary, whose own privacy policy covers the details you enter in the booking form.

Why we keep it

Only to answer your enquiry and arrange your booking. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside The Mesken and the booking provider, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to arrange and host the event, and deleted afterwards on request. Email info@themesken.co.uk to see, correct or remove anything we hold about you.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The booking widget and the map link are provided by third parties, who may set cookies of their own when you use them.
